    肥貓的日子.....難道有第六集....

    大家看過我一連五集的肥貓....嘛。
     
    我懷疑，我開始有點復發...2008...
     
    當我知道我的體重明顯上升了點...
     
    我就開始緊張起來...
     
    怎麼上升了卻沒有及時發覺....現在已長了點肉...就會很難清除....
     
    可能是之前太寒冷了...因為忙碌很晚才進食...之後又飽飽的睡去....
     
    老實說，我真的很怕....不想引至暴食....
     
    唯有嘗試正常飲食....多做運動反而對我是行不通的....這只會把事情再一次極端化....
     
    我真的很害怕....枯萎的玫瑰.
